Ahmed is an author, social innovator, entrepreneur, and strategic creative communication and marketing expert. He has served as a consultant across the globe in both the public and private sector, including assisting commercial businesses, start-ups, government and civil society organizations. 

He is the founder and Author of 180-Amsterdammers celebrating Amsterdam's rich cultures and for being the most diverse city in the world and he is also the founder of Inclusive Algorithm to bring more inclusivity in the world of AI. 

Founded Bridgizz, a communication and marketing agency based in Amsterdam. Prior to that he co-founded and owned a Consultancy Company Mexit on Diversity Management and Communication. He was active in the fields of diversity business, diversity marketing and communication, recruitment, training and coaching for more than 20 years. Ahmed is also pro-active and developed innovative and creative initiatives concerning social cohesion, social innovation and entrepreneurship in different countries..


He is also the (co)founding father of diverse networks including Diwan Awards Holland, INCLEADERS: The Dutch Inclusion Leaders Network, The Cedar Network , TANS Network of high Educated BiCulturals. Also he acted as Board member of various organizations as CINEBLEND Film Festival (The first Anthropology and Diversity film festival in the world), Rabobank, Morocco Fund. He is also a founding member of different multicultural entrepreneurs networks.

Ahmed is also the Lead and initiator of the Climatelaunchpad Morocco, part of the world largest and smartest business ideas competition. 


Ahmed has also invented, initiated and organized the Ramadan Festival. The first of its kind in the western world. He has implemented this approach in different cities throughout the globe. He launched it in London, Lausanne, Belgium and Norway. With Ramadan Festival Ahmed is a winner of the Marketplace of Ideas competition at the United Nation's Alliance of Civilizations in Turkey (april 2009).
